What topics should I teach?

I have this economic project in which I have to my peers for about 5-7 minutes. I need a current topic that is in the area of taxes, fiscal or monetary policy about the US. For example estate tax, federal sales tax, social security, school vouchers, or interest rate cuts.
Anyone have a topic that is quite interesting besides the ones I stated?

My favourite is the role of the central bank in monetary policy and what the Fed isn’t doing what they could be doing to prop up the value of the dollar.

“Why a weak dollar is a good thing”
“Why a weak dollar is a bad thing”

Think of the one possible policy the Fed isn’t implementing that Greenspan would’ve done that Bernanke isn’t doing.
