estate tax repeal 2010
since the estate tax will be repealed for the year of 2010 and if i expire in 2010 will i have zero estate tax?
what will the basis be on the assets transferred to my benefactors in 2010 as to the affect of question above?
Estate tax, even as written today, are not “repealed” for 2010.
But count on some tax law changes before then. What they will be, who knows?
