federal estate tax status
What should congress do if Tom Delay has a massive stroke during Dancing with the Stars & is left a vegetable?
If Tom Delay suffers a Massive Stroke during Dancing with the Stars and suffers massive brain trauma leaving him a vegetable, do you support enacting a federal law aimed only at him requiring that He, Tom Delay, of Sugarland Texas must by law be force-fed and kept alive by breathing machines in a vegetative state as he tried to do to Terri Schiavo? Why, or why not? Do you think that taxes should be raised to pay for these expenses or should Tom Delay’s estate pay? Do you think his felony criminal charges should be dropped or do you think he should be tried in-vege-status? If he is convicted, should he be force-fed prison food or hospital food??
Hopefully he will not have a stroke. I want him to hear the deafening boos that he so deserves when he sullies the dance floor with his indicted felon self. Of course even he should not be force fed. However, it would be more appropriate to force feed him prison food than hospital food because he sould be considered a prisoner even if he is on medical force-feeding equipment. Hopefully his bail will be revoked during a live broadcast and he will be hauled off to court to begin his long-overdue trial.
